Deceased Name: Evelyn Westbroek Bingham
OGDEN -Evelyn Westbroek Bingham, 93, passed away Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007 in Ogden.
She was born June 14, 1913, a daughter of Herman John Westbroek and Dina Sander. She married Asael Mathias Bingham on Feb. 7, 1934 in Farmington. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1982.
She was employed with the SH Kress Company as a sales clerk. She was a member of the LDS Church, where she served in the Sunday School, MIA and the Relief Society.
Surviving are one son and three daughters; Darrel W. (Butch)(Donna) Bingham, Pleasant Grove; Dina Kay Mottishaw, Ogden; Sherril Jean Cobia, South Weber; Vaudys Ann Bowen, Ogden. 15 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchil-dren, with two on the way.
Also surviving are two sisters, Adella Pebley, West Haven; and Helen (Donal) Burnett, Sacramento, CA., one sister-in-law, Rhea Westbroek, South Weber.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister, Adriana Peterson; brothers, Isabrand and Herman Westbroek, grandson, Shaun Bingham; and son in Law Carl Bowen
Funeral service will be held Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Larkin & Sons Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, where friends may call Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, 10 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
The family would like to thank her granddaughter and husband Sherrie and Mark Rice for all they did for her; the staff of Legacy House of Ogden and Mountain View Health Services, especially Alisha, Linda, Wendy and Ted and Hospice Access and Dr. Glen Biddulph.
