Steven Ray Roghaar, beloved son of Ray and Roma Ashbaker Roghaar, devoted husband of Sandra Beesley Roghaar and a great Dad to Shawn, Shane, Shad and Katie, died April 2, 1994 in Joplin, Missouri.

Born September 24, 1944 in Logan, Utah. Married Sandra Beesley on September 28, 1966 in Logan, Utah. Graduated from Utah State University in 1976 with a degree in business administration and psychology. Worked on master's degree in cardiac rehabilitation. Employed by Schreiber Foods, Inc. for the past 21 years in positions of personnel manager, production manager and plant manager. Managing Director, Schreiber Europe. He was president of Bridgerland Personnel Assoc., director of Cache Red Cross and chairman of the Logan Job Service Employer Committee.

His greatest love was coaching children-his own and many others in Little League football, baseball and swimming.

Survivors: Wife; children, Shawn and wife, Jennifer, Shane and wife, Tamara, Shad and Katie; mother, Roma Roghaar; sister, Mrs. Jerry ‎(Kathy)‎ Franson; in-laws, Richard and Elaine Beesley, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, a brother, Curtis and granddaughter, Tayler Megan.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 1994, 12 noon in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
