ALFRED M. STEICHEN
Pearl Lake, Minn.---Alfred M. Steichen, 59, died here Tuesday. He was born Sept. 3, 1905, here, son of the late John and Agnes Steichen. In 1931 he married Angeline Bottema at Grundy Center, Iowa. The couple have farmed here since 1939. He was a
member of the St. John Society of Pearl Lake.
Mr. Steichen is survived by his widow and six children: John, St. Joseph, Minn.; Donald, Waite Park; Daniel, at home; Mrs. Roger ‎(Agnes)‎ Notch, St. Cloud; Mrs. Lawrence ‎(Kathryn)‎ Schueller, Sauk Rapids and Mrs. Clarence ‎(Mary Ann)‎ Eull, St. Michael,
Minn. There are nine grandchildren. Two daughters preceded him in death. One brother, Andrew, Adams, Minn., and one sister, Kathryn, Rochester, Minn., also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Holy Cross Church with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Williams Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
