Deseret News, The (Salt Lake City, UT) - December 17, 1990 Deceased Name: DEATH: JOSIAH BELL Josiah Taylor Bell, 79, died December 15, 1990 in American Fork, Utah. He was born February 1, 1911 in Far West, Utah, a son of Herman and Abbe Arrilla Taylor Bell. He married Myrtle May Roghaar, April 5, 1933, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died December 20, 1989. He was raised in Ogden and Far West receiving his education in Ogden. He was employed by the Utah Poultry Assn., managing the Moroni Plant, the American Fork Utah Poultry Assn. Processing Plant, and later the Norbest Plant in Salt Lake until his retirement. He was active in the J.C. and Lions Clubs. He was an active member of the LDS Church, a High Priest who loved home teaching. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, bowling and gardening. He is survived by two sons, two daughters, Lou Jean Walker and Marvin J. Bell, both of American Fork; Mary Ann Rusick, Costa Mesa, California; Douglas J. Bell, Orem. 37 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Henry, Lester, Melba, and Arrilla. Preceded in death by a brother and three sisters. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 24th Ward, 310 North 100 East. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Tuesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday at the Church one hour prior to services. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery.
