Obituary: Ries Wednesday At Claybanks for Miss Lohman, 76 Montague, Oct. 7 - Miss Mae Emma Lohman, 76 years old, of Claybanks died yesterday after a long illness. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Lohman, Claybanks, and was born Dec. 9, 1876. She was employed at the Herpolsheimers store in Grand Rapids for many years while a young woman. She returned to the Claybanks area about 20 years ago to care for her mother and the farm. She was a member of the Claybanks Methodist Church. Miss Lohman leaves two brothers, Paul, Claybanks, Victor, Grant Township. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Gee Chapel at Whitehall with burial at Montague. Rev. Wallace Stoepker, of the Montague Ferry Memorial Church, will officiate. |
