Salt Lake Tribune, The (UT) - January 14, 1994 Deceased Name: Curtis Roghaar Curtis Roghaar, age 40, died suddenly of a heart attack on January 12, 1994. Curtis was born October 18, 1953 in Logan, Utah to Ray and Roma Ashbaker Roghaar. He lived his early years in Preston, Idaho and Tremonton, Utah, then moved to Salt Lake City in 1959. He received his education at Olympus High School and the U of U. He was employed by Satellite Innovations. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On August 20, 1982 he married Debbie Mason in Salt Lake City. Two children were born to this union, Ryan (9) and Sarah (4). He is survived by his wife and children, his mother, a brother, Steven Ray (Sandy) of Carthage, Missouri; and a sister, Mrs. Jerry (Kathy) Franson, Salt Lake City; parents-in-law, Cal and Marge Mason; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Ray. He was loved and will be missed by his many friends and family. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 17 at 12 noon at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call on Sunday from 5-7 p.m. and on Monday from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. prior to services.
